Megan Ottoboni comes to Ohlone College after graduating from Hawaii University with her B.A. in Secondary Education and from University of California, Santa Cruz with her M.A. in Education. Her love and passion for water polo began in the Ohlone Renegades water polo club under Joseph Martinez and Gene Kendall IV in 2009. She continued her career at Washington HS under the direction of Coach Cameron Brahmst and Coach Gene Kendall IV where Megan was a 4-time varsity player, 2-Time All-MVAL MVP, 2-Time Team MVP, and 2-Time team captain for the Huskies. Megan returns to Ohlone College with hopes of creating a strong and successful women’s program. 

Megan played at the University of Hawaii at the NCAA Division I level. In 2013 and 2015 Megan helped her team win two Big West Championship titles and competed at two NCAA Championships. Megan was awarded ACWPC All-Academic in 2013, Academic All-Big West honors in 2014, and ACWPC Academic All-American in 2015.                          

Currently, Megan teaches Social Science at Washington High School in Fremont, CA. Megan looks forward to building a strong foundation for women’s water polo at Ohlone College.
